International students wishing to enrol in Italian Universities or AFAM Institutions through the international quota for Academic Year 2026\u20132027 must access the Universitaly<\/a> portal to complete and submit their online pre-enrolment application, in accordance with the guidelines set out in the Circular issued by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR), available on the Study in Italy<\/a> portal.<\/p>\n

If the chosen University or AFAM Institution expressly requires a Declaration of Value<\/strong>, students may contact the UNI-ITALIA Office<\/strong> (www.uni-italia.it<\/a> \/ chongqing@uni-italia.it<\/a>) to obtain information and the necessary assistance before applying for a study visa.<\/p>\n

To access the services provided by the UNI-ITALIA Association, applicants are required to pay a non-refundable fee of RMB 1,860<\/strong>, excluding bank charges, by bank transfer to the following account:<\/p>\n

Students applying for a study visa<\/strong> through this Consulate General, after completing the registration procedure on the Universitaly portal, must book an appointment by email at chongqing.consolare@esteri.it<\/a>, copying chongqing@uni-italia.it<\/a>, and submit the following documents:<\/p>\n

  1. Printed summary of the application generated from the Universitaly portal, signed by the student.<\/li>\n
  2. According to the requirements of the Italian higher education institution, one<\/strong> of the following documents:<\/li>\n
  3. Original Declaration of Value (Dichiarazione di Valore<\/em>);<\/li>\n
  4. CIMEA ENIC-NARIC Statement of Comparability;<\/li>\n
  5. Diploma Supplement<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Once this Consulate General has verified the authenticity of the above-mentioned documents, applicants will be informed that they are authorised to proceed with their study visa application.<\/p>\n
