International students wishing to enrol in Italian Universities or AFAM Institutions through the international quota for Academic Year 2026–2027 must access the Universitaly portal to complete and submit their online pre-enrolment application, in accordance with the guidelines set out in the Circular issued by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR), available on the Study in Italy portal.
If the chosen University or AFAM Institution expressly requires a Declaration of Value, students may contact the UNI-ITALIA Office (www.uni-italia.it / chongqing@uni-italia.it) to obtain information and the necessary assistance before applying for a study visa.
To access the services provided by the UNI-ITALIA Association, applicants are required to pay a non-refundable fee of RMB 1,860, excluding bank charges, by bank transfer to the following account:

Students applying for a study visa through this Consulate General, after completing the registration procedure on the Universitaly portal, must book an appointment by email at chongqing.consolare@esteri.it, copying chongqing@uni-italia.it, and submit the following documents:
- Printed summary of the application generated from the Universitaly portal, signed by the student.
- According to the requirements of the Italian higher education institution, one of the following documents:
- Original Declaration of Value (Dichiarazione di Valore);
- CIMEA ENIC-NARIC Statement of Comparability;
- Diploma Supplement
Once this Consulate General has verified the authenticity of the above-mentioned documents, applicants will be informed that they are authorised to proceed with their study visa application.
